Returns Policy

Please notify us within 10 days of receipt of any defective item. or any damaged shipment product.  You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.  We'll will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If a product does not suit your needs and you wish to return it, you will be responsible for the cost of the return.  All goods returned must be received by ACCI in re-saleable condition, otherwise the customer may be charged for replacement of the item.  Products that are permanently defaced (engraved or indelibly marked, or with company stickers) will not be accepted.  These products will be returned to the customer and payment for the product will be incurred. 

We also ask you to contact us first for a RMA number before returning a product.  In this way we can track your return. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Exceptions:  All ACCI Choice Communicators™, cases and app gift card(s) are non-refundable or returnable.  ACCI's Choice Communicator™ sales are final.


We cannot ship to a P. O. Box.  Shipping days do not include Saturday or Sunday, only business days. 

Alaska and Hawaii are Second Day Air rates.  ACCI is not responsible for customer fees and/or custom delays that may be imposed on non-U.S. orders.  When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, there may be additional charges.  We do not accept Canadian or Internationals order.

We can ship to virtually any address in the continental United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products.  When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

Based on product availability the lead time for individual orders may fluctuate.  The time it takes from the order date to the ship date will depend on both your products lead time and the shipping option chosen. 

All sales are final on ACCI Choice Communicators, iAdapters.  Products from Enabling Devices (Toys for Special Children) are non-refundable after 30 days.

Order Confirmation

After you submit your order and your payment has been approved, you will receive an Order Confirmation by e-mail.  This Order Confirmation 

  • Your order ID number
  • A description of the purchase
  • The total amount of your order
