AAC Reporting Coach  (When you click on this link, you will be leaving ACCI's websiteis a great tool that will help an SLP quickly prepare a complete Speech Evaluation Report whenever Medicaid or Private Insurance are the only funding provider(s).  A Speech Evaluation Report is required for all funding, and for Medicaid specific forms that may be required by that state instead of using the AAC Report Coach.
