A fun interactive program that contains 100 photographs and corresponding PCS to teach basic language skills. Both visual and auditory reinforces are used throughout the program to keep children interested and delighted. Teach Me to Talk has three different activity sections.
Section 1 - Nouns:
This section has 100 nouns using real pictures of animals, food, transportation, household objects, clothes and more.
The program Includes:
Offers text word onscreen
Gives a musical interlude before the word is spoken
Has a choice of English or Spanish
Provides movement with or without music
Morphs from a "real" picture to the Mayer-Johnson symbol
Has a distinctive voice
Also has an excited voice
Section 2 - Puzzles:
This is a great way to teach puzzle skills. There are 100 puzzles to solve and they offer 2 piece, 3 piece, 6 piece, 8 piece, and 16 piece puzzles.
Section 3 - Rhyming Books:
Children learn language through rhyme, rhythm and repetition. These books have many short rhymes and full stories using the 100 noun photographs.
