It can be configured from 1to 16 locations, and can be accessed by both direct selection (with either keypad or external switches) and by switch scanning.

It uses the latest speech recording technology and incorporates three unique features to digital recording communication aids: an optional Remote Text Display for use in noisy environments, and an optional Timer and Latch Module which enables a range of battery or mains powered devices to be controlled via a wire-free infrared link, permitting users to learn cause and effect with external devices, and to participate in a range of classroom activities, and optional Environmental Control.
